Patented is a garment adapted to contain absorbent pads with leg openings. A crotch region supports a plurality of absorbent pads within the garment and front and rear panels comprise a laterally-oriented trapezoidal aperture in one of the front and rear panels. The aperture is within the crotch region and formed as a cut-out flap and has top and bottom edges, each with a length. The length of the top edge is less than the length of the bottom edge and the bottom edge is contiguous to the cutout flap. Each of the absorbent pads extends from the aperture along the crotch region to one of the front or rear panels positioned on the garment at an end of the crotch region opposite another end of the crotch region adjacent to the aperture. The cutout flap extends and the absorbent pads are extracted and inserted through the trapezoidal aperture by the wearer without removal of the garment from the wearer. The cutout flap also provides access for cleansing the nether regions of a wearer.
